James Pak Attorney at Law

James (“Jim”) Pak primarily focuses his practice on personal injury/wrongful death claims, but he also handles civil litigation and real estate matters. He is well versed in contracts and counsels small and medium sized businesses, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies (LLCs). Jim is a native of Western Washington having been born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He attended the University of Washington at its main campus in Seattle where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Co-Concentrations in Finance and Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Jim’s legal career began in 1997 as a law clerk with the law firm of Kain, Snow & Staeheli while he was attending law school at the Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. He worked with two of the firm’s partners, one of whom focused his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases and the other maintained a transactional practice concentrating mainly on matters of real estate, business, and corporate law. It was there where Jim received the foundation of his future law career and the areas of law that he would eventually practice.
