James E. Malters - MS&V

Jim Malters grew up in southwestern Minnesota. He graduated from Fulda High School, graduated with high honors from St. John’s University and from the University of Minnesota Law School. This year marked his 32nd year in the practice of law. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota, South Dakota and Iowa. He has been designated a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1990. Jim has served on the Board of Governors of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ).
