James C. Yankosky Partner

James is a partner and has practiced law for over 20 years. He was born in Cherry Point, North Carolina and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. James graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1991 and received his law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 1994. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Allen and Adams County Bar Associations and is a Member of the ISBA Board of Delegates for Allen County. James has been a speaker at legal education seminars and panel discussions on worker’s compensation matters. James’s caseload consists primarily of worker’s compensation and auto accident claims. In addition, he handles all types of family law matters.
