Mr. Benjamin has practiced law since 2011. Previously, Mr. Benjamin was the principal attorney at the Law Offices of James Benjamin for many years. Before starting his own practice, he was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Jennifer A. Thorn, PC, where he practiced divorce and family law. Prior to returning to Massachusetts, he was an associate attorney at Roderick Linton Belfance, LLP, the oldest law firm in Akron, Ohio, where he practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, debtors’ rights, creditors’ rights, and divorce and family law.
