J Jay Lazzeri

J Jay Lazzeri is a member of, and frequent guest lecturer for, the Delaware State Bar Association. Each year the Delaware State Bar Association sponsors an all-day continuing legal education seminar focusing on workers compensation law. In recent years, Jay has been a featured speaker at many of these seminars. J Jay Lazzeri is a specialist in third-party liability cases where a worker is injured during the course of his or her employment by a third-party other than their employer. Jay also has over 30 years experience in representing individuals involved in auto accidents.
