HOWARD GLICK is a founding member of Simpson, McMahan, Glick & Burford, “SMG&B”. Prior to the formation of SMG&B, Howard was a partner at the firm of Spain & Gillon located in Birmingham. In his 22 years of professional experience, Howard has concentrated on complex commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage litigation, insurance insolvency litigation, life & disability insurance litigation, ERISA, class action cases, construction defect litigation, employment related litigation, personal injury and a variety of other types of litigation involving complex regulatory, scientific and technical issues.
