Henry F. Sherrod III ("Hank") is a 1986 summa cum laude graduate of Birmingham-Southern College. He received his law degree in 1989 from Vanderbilt University, where he was on the law review and Order of the Coif. After clerking for U.S. Circuit Judge Patrick Higginbotham and practicing law in Dallas, Texas, Hank returned to Alabama. For over 15 years, he has been representing plaintiffs in civil rights cases against employers, governmental entities, and government officials.
