I graduated from Santa Fe Catholic High School in Lakeland, Florida, and then went on to earn my Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Auburn University, at Auburn, Alabama. I worked as an engineer for a number of years, and in the evenings, I earned a Master of Engineering Management degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
