George Sanders has been a litigator for more than 30 years. He has spent a considerable portion of his practice working on a broad range of complex litigation matters. George Sanders has also acquired significant experience working on family law matters, including divorce litigation and litigation before paternity courts. With respect to family law, he has worked on a wide range of divorce cases that have involved issues concerning custody, support, property valuation and division. A litigator for more than 30 years, George M. Sanders, has been focusing on family law issues, primarily divorce and paternity cases. A large portion of Mr. Sanders’s divorce cases involve issues such as custody, support, property valuation and division, and the impact of premarital agreements on such litigation. He has also litigated a variety of child support issues before paternity courts and often works on the modification of divorce judgments and child support orders. Prior to primarily practicing family law, Mr. Sanders worked on a broad range of complex litigation matters, such as antitrust, trade secrets, consumer fraud, civil RICO, securities fraud, and insurance coverage. In 1990, George M. Sanders was admitted to the New York Bar, the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York. In 1994, he was admitted to the Illinois Bar and currently practices in the state of Illinois. He is also admitted in several federal courts including the following: U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, 1994; U.S. Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit, 1993; U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
