Practicing since 1980, Gary has concentrated his practice in transactional matters and litigation in the fields of real estate, commercial, mortgage lending, corporate law, employment law, cannabis law, and charter school law. Gary is rated “A.V.” by Martindale Hubbell. Gary regularly represents banks, mortgage lenders and loan servicers in a variety of individual and consumer class action matters, including federal appeals. Gary’s litigation, compliance and regulatory practice includes representing national and community banks, mortgage lending institutions, loan servicers, auto-finance companies, credit card issuers, and other first-party creditors, as well as consumer reporting agencies and other related consumer finance entities, in federal and state court litigation. Claims include the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), together with other federal and state statutes and common law.
