Eric Hill

Eric Hill is a member of the renewable energy group at Rose Law Group. Before joining Rose Law Group, Eric was an Executive Consultant at the Arizona Corporation Commission. Eric’s work at the Commission focused on complex regulatory issues pertaining to electric and gas utilities. He was involved in a wide range of utility issues, including rate cases, energy efficiency programs, Lost Fixed Cost Recovery (“LFCR”) and revenue decoupling mechanisms, environmental compliance adjustors, and renewable energy standard and tariff (“REST”) plans.
