Eric Charney - Gasper Law Group

Eric S. Charney is an Associate Attorney for The Gasper Law Group, PLLC. He’s recently joined the firm and we’re thrilled to have his talent and expertise as a part of our staff. Previously he worked as a public defender in Grand Junction. He is experienced in various areas of law including DUI, Domestic Violence, Theft, Child Custody, and Separation. Mr. Charney graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2015. While attending University he practiced Criminal Defense under the Student Practice Act and participated in Moot Court. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Associations and the Grand Junction Criminal Defense Bar. Mr. Charney is an active member of the community. Previously he served on the Grand Junction Committee for Bond Reform. He is a native of Colorado, born in Colorado Springs, and received his Bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University.
