Lana Elliott is a native of Russia, who has lived most of her life in Ukraine. Throughout her life she has recognized a personal passion for helping others. It was while working at a children’s hospital in Ukraine that Lana began to realize a strong interest in the field of Law. For her, Law would come to represent the ability to make a difference in an individual’s rights and liberties and the struggle to protect them. With this, Lana pursued her career in law by being accepted and graduating from the Ukrainian National Academy of Law in Kharkov. Having been interested in the law of other countries and especially the United States, she chose to begin a new and exciting life in America studying its legal system. She applied for and was accepted to the University Of Idaho College Of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. Lana had started her legal career as an immigration attorney; however, realizing the need for legal assistance in other areas of law, besides immigration law, she is currently practicing personal injury, labor and industry, social security and disability and real estate law.
