Elizabeth A. Rosenbaum

Elizabeth A. Rosenbaum was raised in Vermillion, South Dakota, and graduated from Vermillion High School in 1979. She attended the University of South Dakota for her undergraduate degrees. In 1981, she graduated with an A.D.N. and worked as a registered nurse (labor and delivery) in Sioux City, Iowa. In 1985, she graduated with a B.S. in Health Services Administration.
