Edward G. White II

Edward G. White II (Ted) received his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1983. He has extensive litigation experience in medical, hospital and dental malpractice defense as well medical device matters. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Defense Research Institute and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. In 1997 he served as President of the Knoxville Bar Association and he has also served as treasurer, chairman of the Continuing Legal Education Committee, and as a member of the Board of Governors. In 1992, he was honored as the first recipient of the Knoxville Bar Association’s “President’s Award” for outstanding performance and service to the Bar. In January 2007, 2008, and 2009 he was selected as one of the 150 Best Lawyers in Tennessee in the area of medical malpractice in a poll of leading attorneys, judges, and corporate executives conducted by Business Tennessee magazine.
