Mr. Pecchia's practice is limited exclusively to U.S. Immigration and Naturalization law. He founded and wrote weekly articles for the column, Ask the Immigration Lawyer, published in a variety of ethnic newpapers.” As an Immigration Lawyer, Mr. Pecchia handles Family, Marriage, Fiance'(e) visas, and general immigration matters with an emphasis on Family-based Immigration. He will in select cases represent individuals or companies in other areas of immigration laws. See Additional Areas of Representation. He will also be handling cases eligible under the "New Law" once Congress and the President have enacted the legislation. He anticipates devoting a substantial portion of his practice assisting individuals who may qualify under the same. He assists individuals and their families obtain immigration visas to live and work in the US on a temporary or permanent basis. He has helped many illegal aliens, particularly those with difficult cases, obtain permanent residence. He also assists individuals obtain US Citizenship.
