Deena Buchanan FOUNDING PARTNER

For more than 20 years, Deena has focused her practice on employment law and personal injury. Because she’s represented companies and employees, she has a unique perspective and can often anticipate the strategies of her opponents. Deena has received an “AV-Preeminent” rating by her colleagues in the legal profession under Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating System. She’s an active member of the New Mexico Association of Trial Lawyers, the National Employment Lawyer’s Association, and the American Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Section. She also gets great satisfaction from coaching and mentoring new attorneys. Deena has a deep love for the landscape in New Mexico and across the American Southwest. You can find her hiking the trails here, skiing with her family, capturing nature with her camera, or even casting a fly on occasion. She shares her time between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
