My life has been dedicated to learning how to be successful as a criminal defense lawyer. I studied Public Administration at Cal State Fresno and graduated Summa Cum Laude. I attended McGeorge School of Law (UOP) and finished in the top seven percent of my class while also winning a top student award in criminal law. While studying, I obtained valuable on-hands experience by working for the California Office of the Attorney General, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the Madera County Office of the District Attorney. After gaining this experience as a prosecutor, I decided to use my talents to defend persons unjustly accused of crimes by the government. My time as a criminal defense attorney has been spent successfully defending criminal defendants and protecting the liberties of people accused of serious offenses such as: gun related offenses, drug crimes, three strikes offenses, armed robberies, embezzlement, and sex related crimes. I have also dedicated a portion of my practice to assisting California’s professionals, such as nurses and pharmacists, to preserve their licensing status and professional reputations in the face of serious work related and outside allegations of misconduct.
