David Penrod Attorney at Law

David Penrod graduated from Idaho State University and attended law school at the University of Idaho College of Law. After graduation from law school, David completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable William H. Woodland. David enjoys representing clients in family law matters, including divorces, modifications, child support actions, adoptions, terminations and grandparent rights. He also maintains a broad-based practice representing clients in the areas of accident and personal injury claims, construction law, creditors’ rights, police misconduct, civil rights claims, criminal defense, and general litigation. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Sixth District Bar, Portneuf Inns of Court, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He works in the community as a CASA volunteer. David is licensed in Idaho and Wyoming. David Penrod has successfully and aggressively represented thousands of satisfied clients throughout his career. In addition to presenting each case in a skillful, professional, and effective manner, he never loses sight of his ultimate role as a problem-solver. Some cases can only be resolved in the courtroom, but the majority of cases can and should be resolved outside of the courthouse.
