David Penrod

David Penrod graduated from Idaho State University and attended law school at the University of Idaho College of Law. After graduation from law school, David completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable William H. Woodland. David enjoys representing clients in family law matters, including divorces, modifications, child support actions, adoptions, terminations and grandparent rights. He also maintains a broad-based practice representing clients in the areas of accident and personal injury claims, construction law, creditors’ rights, police misconduct, civil rights claims, criminal defense, and general litigation. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Sixth District Bar, Portneuf Inns of Court, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He works in the community as a CASA volunteer.
