David Kim Attorney at Law

David Kim is an associate attorney in our firm’s Fresno office. Mr. Kim graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in English before going on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009. He thereafter practiced corporate, intellectual property, real property, and transactional law in San Francisco. Mr. Kim moved to Fresno in 2013 and has practiced workers’ compensation law defending insurance carriers, third party administrators, and self-insured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation law.
