David Beaty - King & Beaty LLC

Mr. Beaty has extensive experience helping clients with personal injury cases in addition to cases involving bad faith, premises liability, and slip and falls. He is currently a Partner at the firm King & Beaty, LLC. Over the course of his career, he has had numerous successful cases in court. Before he worked in the civil controversy field, he defended clients in tax law matters in U.S. Tax Court from 2002 until 2005. Mr. Beaty also has a Masters of Law in Taxation in addition to his J.D. Mr. Beaty is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, and reading.
