Dave Wulfers has represented small to medium sized companies in executive employment, corporate governance, shareholder/partner/member matters, matters involving confidentiality and matters involving digital forensics. He has also represented personal representatives in probate matters and trustees in trust administration matters. His practice has also included representation of individuals in preparation of and changes to their estate plans. In the 2000s, his practice expanded into representation of a local county assessor regarding litigation involving business personal property tax and representation of individuals before the Oklahoma Tax Commission. He has continued representing companies in business organization matters, as well as manufacturers and distributors of products used in the construction industry, matters involving digital forensics and individuals in estate planning matters.
