Daniel Mercedes Attorney at Law

Danny planned on becoming an attorney senior year of high school when a friend of his encouraged him to do so. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Connecticut and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. During his law school career Danny interned for the Crown Prosecution Services, Crown Court North in London, UK and the District Attorney's Office in the Bronx, NY. He then served as a legal intern for friend and mentor Jose Perez at the Law Offices of Jose Perez, P.C. in Syracuse New York. It was there that he became skilled in immigration, workers' compensation and social security law. At the Law Offices of Jose Perez P.C., Danny gained invaluable hands-on experience by representing client's in removal proceedings as well as proceedings in front of the Workers' Compensation Board. In 2016, Danny established Mercedes Law P.C. were he aims at continuously providing high quality legal services for all clients. He is a Member of the New York State and Dominican Bar Association.
