Andy Carmen focuses his practice on construction law matters, creditor representation, and service as a mediator and arbitrator. Andy joined the Bell, Davis & Pitt team in 1985. Prior to that, he worked as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina – first for the Honorable Russell A.
