CYNTHIA PAYNE

Cynthia Payne joined New Mexico Legal Group in 2005, already established as a top level trial attorney in New Mexico. While employed by the State of New Mexico, Ms. Payne engaged in and supervised a complex litigation practice spanning a ten year period. She is admitted in all New Mexico courts and is available statewide for the defense of all misdemeanor and felony cases. She is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and is a board member of the State Bar’s Criminal Law Section.
