Clayton graduated in 2008 from Texas A & M University School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law). During law school Clayton interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and participated in the law school’s legal clinic, assisting need-based clients in navigating thorny issues in divorce proceedings and suits affecting the parent-child relationship.
