Opened the Hawkins Law Firm in 1998 as a solo practice in Springdale, Arkansas. Cindy is a life-long resident of the Northwest Arkansas area. Graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1997. Graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1994 with a BA in Criminal Justice. Admitted to Practice in All Arkansas Courts, All Federal Courts in Arkansas, US 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Member: Washington County Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association
