CHARLES W. HODSDON, II LAW OFFICE

Attorney Hodsdon was born and raised in Maine, and has deep roots in Penobscot and Washington Counties. In 1980 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Nazarene College, and in 1983 he graduated from the University of Maine of School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Maine since October of 1983, was admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in 1984, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals in 1987. As his reputation in the community and with the judiciary grew, he received a judicial appointment as a Maine Complaint Justice (1988 to present) under which he executes involuntary committals, search warrants and conducts probable cause hearings on behalf of the court. Attorney Hodsdon has served as a board member for numerous civic and religious organizations, including Common Sense Housing, and Maine Bible Quizzing and was a trustee for his college alma mater.
