Charles J. Abrams advises sellers and purchasers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants and closing documentation. He has experience in representing national and regional financial institutions in various forms of credit arrangements, including the negotiation and documentation of acquisition, construction and revolving credit loan facilities.
