CAYCE C. PETERSON

Cayce C. Peterson has been with The Lambert Firm since 2006. Cayce was born in Patterson, Louisiana in St. Mary Parish and grew up on the Bayou Teche where he still spends many weekends fishing in the Atchafalaya Spillway and Bay. He moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane University and Tulane Law School.Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar, Cayce has emerged as a skilled litigator, briefing and arguing important legal issues in the areas of maritime injury, insurance coverage, products liability, whistleblower and personal injury. Because of Cayce’s education in physics, mathematics and computer science as well as his lifetime of experience growing up around the offshore and inland oil and gas industry, Cayce has a unique understanding of technical, scientific and industry specific issues that often arise in maritime injury cases. Together with Hugh Lambert and Jacki Smith, The Lambert Firm maritime team is a formidable adversary for any legal opponent and are well equipped to represent offshore, inland and river workers injured on the job, especially when science and engineering are important aspects of the case.
