Byron L. Mills Partner

Byron L. Mills is a partner and managing member of Mills & Mills Law Group, a well-respected family law firm in Nevada, and has become well known in Clark County as a litigator in the local family courts. A fifth generation native of Nevada, Byron started working at his father’s law firm in 1987 as a runner before becoming a law clerk. Upon graduating law school in 1998, he joined the firm as an associate, then known as Lamond R. Mills & Associates, L.L.C. He is very comfortable in the family courts and puts his extensive knowledge and experience to work for his clients. Byron focuses his practice on family law matters. He handles all areas of family law, such as divorce, custody, child support, grandparent rights, guardianships, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. He has taken numerous cases to trial in the Family Division of the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court and has appealed several cases to the Nevada Supreme Court. Byron has even briefed and argued before U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
