Brian Weber

Brian Weber has been practicing law in Dodge County for over thirty years, with extensive experience in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, litigation, municipal law, estate planning and agricultural law. He has argued cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, as well as the Minnesota Supreme Court, involving complex commercial litigation. Mr. Weber represents both creditors and debtors in loan workouts and advises businesses and farm operations. Mr. Weber focuses his practice today on real estate, probate/estate planning and farm succession plans, as well as business solutions and legal strategies.
