Brett Yorke is a Partner of the Law Office of Ball & Yorke. Brett represents individuals in a variety of civil claims including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and wage and hour matters. For Brett, the legal profession always felt like his calling. Growing up and learning about his great grandfather’s participation in the union strikes at the turn of the 20th century instilled in Brett the importance of worker and consumer protections. This led Brett to pursue a career that enabled him to advocate for people, not work on behalf of big corporations.
