Scott has been defending criminal cases since 1991. His practice is limited to Criminal Defense. Scott understands that most cases do not go to jury trial, but when they do he is ready to fight for you. Scott has tried cases ranging from Murder and First Degree Rape to Simple Assault and Driving Under the Influence. Scott has argued cases for his clients in front of the South Dakota Supreme Court. Scott is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the South Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
