Since the founding of Boland Aarab, Sam has practiced municipal, justice, and district court and in front of the Montana Supreme Court. He has also practiced in federal district court across the state and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Sam exclusively focuses his practice on trial litigation in both federal and state courts. He has also tried jury trials to verdict both in Federal and District court. Additionally, he has appeared and argued in the Ninth Circuit of Appeals. Sam has also represented his local legal community with the State Bar of Montana. He served two terms as the Area D Trustee and was honored for his contribution to that organization.
