Bergan E. Schumacher Attorney

Bergan graduated from the University of Nebraska – Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and received her juris doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration on litigation. Bergan practices a variety of litigation but primarily practices family law assisting her clients with custody, divorce, adoption, guardianships, and child support issues. She also devotes a great deal of time to her personal injury and criminal defense practice, representing those who have been charged with both misdemeanors and felonies. Bergan has secured victories for her clients in county and district courts throughout the state of Nebraska. She has also successfully argued in front of the Nebraska Court of Appeals.
