Scott E. Beemer, Ph.D., JD, CAS, CFSCSI, the Principal Partner/President, is an Adjunct Professor of Law and teaches the typical legal and business issues in the multi-media field. This includes Intellectual Property laws and the rights granted under Patent, Copyright, Trademarks, as well as trade secrets, unfair competition, disclosure, principles of fair use, infringement and government regulations. He teaches the mechanics of the American Justice System, the roles, responsibility and duties of the three branches of the American government, and Constitutional, Statutory, Common, Administrative, Libel and Privacy laws.
