Arthur V. Wittich has over 32 years of legal and management experience across the country. He has served as corporate counsel to a major public utility and its related resource subsidiaries, counsel to a state governor, supervisor of a federal environmental law agency, regulatory director to an environmental technology company, and in 1995 founded the Firm.
