Anthony P. Sutton Partner

Anthony P. Sutton is a partner at Reiter Law Firm. He is a South Dakota native, growing up in Flandreau, South Dakota. He attended college at South Dakota State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science with minors in Spanish and American Indian Studies and graduated with honors. At SDSU he was active in multiple student organizations and was elected Vice President of the SDSU Student Body. He then attended the University of South Dakota School of Law and received his law degree in 2016, graduating with honors. Anthony is very involved in the South Dakota State Bar and has served on various committees. He currently serves on the CLE Committee, the Bar Foundation, and the State Bar Indian Law Committee. Anthony is also a past president of the Young Lawyers Section of the South Dakota State Bar. He also remains involved with his fraternity from SDSU and is a member of the organization's Alumni Board of Trustees and Housing Corporation.
