Andrew Rahtz Partner

Andrew Rahtz is from Cincinnati, Ohio and attended the Ohio State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History in 2002. Mr. Rahtz then relocated to Southern California where he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, College of Law with a full merit scholarship. During law school Mr. Rahtz excelled at oral arguments and clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office working with prosecutors on child abuse cases. He has been with the firm since 2012 and became Partner in 2017. He is proficient in the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Collections, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Bankruptcy, and Probate Litigation. Specifically, Mr. Rahtz yields a high return in managing and coordinating caseloads and is able to assimilate new and different legal principles quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of his clients.
