Amy J. Moniz Attorney at Law

As a real estate transactional attorney, Amy's passion for real estate law began as a college student when she worked as a title examiner in her home state of Massachusetts. Building on that experience, today, Amy’s practice includes residential closings, structured finance transactions, commercial loan workout and restructuring, and the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate. Amy received her B.A., magna cum laude, and her M.B.A., with distinction, from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Amy went on to earn her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Amy's extensive career experience includes working as an associate with two prominent Am Law 100 firms in Miami. Amy also held a position as a credit analyst in commercial lending for a regional bank.
