Since 2013, Adam Agron has served as the Managing Partner of the firm. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Formerly, Adam was Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Business Department. Adam represents private and public companies, professional investors and entrepreneurs in a diverse set of transformative transactions ranging in size from less than $100 million to in excess of $1 billion, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, leveraged and management buy-out transactions, recapitalizations, minority investments and joint ventures. Adam’s experience serving as the chief executive of the firm enables him to provide strategic counsel to clients and their boards of directors and senior management teams on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, operational decisions and a variety of other complex business matters. Current notable clients include Clarion Capital Partners, Fresca Foods, KRG Capital Partners, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, Lion Equity Partners, TZP Group, Vail Resorts, Victory Park Capital and Viking Cruises.
