ABIGAIL B. WALSH

ABIGAIL B. WALSH is from Washington, D.C. and specializes in representing plaintiffs in civil litigation and defendants in local, state, and federal criminal cases. After graduating cum laude from the College of Charleston with dual degrees in History and Anthropology, she attended Washington & Lee School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. There, she earned her J.D. and the title of the American Bar Association Southeast Regional Negotiation Competition Champion in 2002 after defeating competitors from over 80 law schools while simultaneously representing and assisting female inmates at the Alderson Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia, with preparing petitions for writs of habeas corpus, and reviewing and resolving issues relating to federal and/or state sentencing.
