A. Kassi Rigney

Prior to founding Rigney Law, Kassi was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for nearly 12 years, handling all types and levels of criminal offenses. Kassi’s primary focus was drug offenses, practicing in the Major Felony Drug Courts for 8 years. During this time, she trained both attorneys and police department personnel on the handling of drug crime cases and investigations, including the writing and lawful execution of narcotics and firearm-targeted search warrants. Kassi concluded her tenure at the MCPO handling civil litigation in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Division. Kassi is almost exclusively a criminal defense attorney. She represents people charged with or convicted of crimes. Kassi also provides attorney representation to people who appear before the Indiana Parole Board and helps with Driver License Rehabilitation and Expungement cases.
