Kaumo Law Office PC

After graduating from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1979, Mr. Kaumo became an associate attorney at the law firm of Greenhalgh, Bussart and West. In 1980, he served as the assistant city attorney for Green River, Wyoming. From 1981-1982, he was the full-time deputy prosecuting attorney for Sweetwater County, Wyoming. In 1983, he was elected to serve as the Sweetwater County prosecuting attorney; he served in this capacity until 1987. In 1982, Mr. Kaumo also established the law firm of Kaumo and Piaia with attorney David M. Piaia; this firm merged with another in 1990. This merger gave Mr. Kaumo the opportunity to refocus his practice on criminal defense law and assisting defendants, which he did by creating Kaumo Law Office, P.C. in 1990.
