Jacquelyn Archuleta-Staehlin Partner

Jacquelyn Archuleta-Staehlin is a Partner in the Santa Fe office of Cuddy & McCarthy. Her practice concentrates primarily in the areas of disability law, including special education, the ADA and §504. Along with the administrative law aspects of disability law, Ms. Archuleta-Staehlin has extensive experience in federal civil litigation and has done work in employment, construction and educational law. Ms. Archuleta-Staehlin’s disability law work requires work in dispute resolution and mediation. She has done presentations in the area of general education and employment law in addition to disability law. Ms. Archuleta-Staehlin is a native New Mexican and is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law (J.D.). She received a B.A. with a major in speech pathology at New Mexico State University. Ms. Archuleta-Staehlin has also been named to the 10th Edition of Who’s Who in American Law. Ms. Archuleta‑Staehlin is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible rating in “both legal ability and ethical standards.”
