Christopher W. Cook is a co-founder of The Lions Den, Attorney at Law, PLLC. He later went on to found The Torchlight Law Firm, LLC. Chris is a native South Floridian. He attended grade school in Palm Beach County during his formative years. He went on to serve his country as a member of the US Army on active duty for ten years. He was deployed worldwide in both combat arms and combat support units. While in the Army, Chris attended the University of Maryland and Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington. He returned to South Florida where he completed his undergraduate education at Palm Beach Community College and Florida Atlantic University, both with academic honors. He later went on to receive his doctorate in law at Nova Southeastern University. He has more than 23 years’ experience in both corrections and law enforcement in the State of Florida. He is the co-author of the book, Police Promotion Preparation which helps police, fire, and corrections officers prepare for career advancement. He has represented clients in landlord/tenant, foreclosure, divorce, alimony, child support, time-sharing, premarital agreements, civil litigation, employment/labor and contract disputes. He is admitted to the Florida Bar Association to practice law throughout the state of Florida and is a member in good standing.
