Summer Allen Associate

Summer Allen represents borrowers, lenders, issuers, sellers, and other transactional parties in secured lending transactions, including senior and mezzanine lending and workouts and restructures, that involve a variety of asset classes. Summer’s transactional experience also includes representing public and private clients in matters of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and joint ventures. Summer received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.
