Raymond C. Cho was born in Seoul, Korea and reads and speaks Korean fluently. After moving to Hawaii as a child and graduating from St. Louis High School in Honolulu, he attended George Washington University in Washington D.C., where he received a B.A., cum laude, in 2000 with a double major in Economics and International Affairs. Raymond returned to Hawaii after college and enrolled in the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, where he received his J.D., with honors, in 2005. Raymond focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and business law. He is admitted to practice law before all Hawaii courts, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii. He is also a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
