Darci M. Poloni, Esq. is a 1996 USC Law School graduate and a Las Vegas Valley resident since 2002. After working for national and regional law firms for 8 years, she formed Poloni & Associates in 2004. Darci is passionate about estate planning because she is able to help her clients provide a legacy for their families and loved ones, which gives them genuine peace of mind. She also loves helping business owners and investors protect their assets by forming corporate entities and planning for business succession.
